The 2023 the ballot for the annual HOA meeting being held Saturday, August 12, 2023 has been posted to the Member’s section of the site under “Documents & Forms“.
This ballot must be signed & received (mail-in) to the ranch office (492 Ranch Road, Hartsel, CO 80449-8502) no later than Friday, August 11, 2023 or submitted in person at the start of the annual meeting Saturday, August 12, 2023.
