Dear Members, a lot has gone on over the last year and we have seen a great deal of turnover in the board. I want to assure you all, that the three of us are dedicated to listening to you, the members. We have a lot of work to do and as you have probably noticed, we will have a special board meeting on the 27th from 6 p.m. until whenever. The agenda has been posted for this meeting and I will shortly be posting the zoom link. Please note, this meeting will be held at the Ranch Office.
One of the items to be discussed is the update to our documents to encompass the changes introduced by the HB enacted this year. To give the members a chance to review the recommended changes that were provided by our attorney, I am providing links to the raw documents in this post for your review. Now, obviously we need to incorporate them into our existing documents, but the purpose of posting these is to allow you to see the scope of the changes.
Finally, we will also be discussing the addition of new board members to the board. At this time, there is no plan to vote on these new members at this special meeting. We will discuss the process. What I need from each of you is to search your hearts and then go to the website and sign up to be considered for the board. You all have great ideas, we need you. Please consider signing up.
