Hi! I’m Gina Maddox. I purchased my full time residence at Ranch of the Rockies just two years ago. Widowed in 2018, I left the hurricanes of Northwest Florida in order to have a place where my horses, Tulo and Cloud, could be on my property, and to be close to my kids in Parker. Taking a leap of faith and moving to Ranch of the Rockies was the best decision ever. I’m happy, feeling very blessed and welcomed into my new community, and my first two winters here weren’t that bad for a woman who spent 27 years in Florida. (I’ve only slid into a ditch once so far.) I share my 18 acres, The Double G Ranch (Grit & Gratitude), with two horses, a Colorado Mountain Dog, and an old orange cat who manages all of us. You’ll also see our Water Committee Chairman, Lance, here at my place a lot. He’s my guy. I’m honored to serve as the VP for our HOA Board. I work as an Executive Training Consultant and teach for the Air Force Communication, Information and Cyber Community. Ranch of the Rockies is a community that offers something for everyone, surrounds us with majestic views, and offers a way of life millions yearn for but only a few of us get to live. I’m grateful to be here.
