I just wanted to remind everyone that the new quarterly Ranch newsletter has been posted (can be view it directly here).
I also want to clarify the article in the July newsletter that states: any member that has not signed a declaration and or is delinquent in any manner, that member is not entitled to any Ranch amenities. While this is what is currently in section 7(e) of the Bylaws, at this time, we will not deny amenities to any members for delinquent declarations. This is something we need to review in the Governing Documents and update with our legal counsel to ensure we are current.
