RANCH OF THE ROCKIES UPDATE

RORA – Updates!

Park County Road Work

You’ve probably noticed that Park County has started road work on Ranch Road. As previously communicated, they are focusing on rehab efforts for all of Ranch Road by mid June. This will include road work, culverts, and ditches. We are in frequent contact with the Park County Roads team. Park County has requested one point of contact. If you have questions or concerns, please contact RORAHOA@ghvalley.com. We will address your question and report the question and answer on the RORA web page for all Members. It is our intent to work cooperatively with Park County to improve our roads. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

RV Dump Station
It has come to our attention we were listed as a free dump site out on the web. We will be adding locks to the RV Dump station to prevent non-members from using our private dump station. We have added combination padlocks that will require a code to open. Code: (click here, must be a registered community member, otherwise please request the code from the ROTR office assistant at rorahoa@ghvalley.net) The code will work on either padlock. We will be occasionally changing the code as needed and posting any new codes to the Ranch website in the Members Only > HOA Documents > RV Dump Station Lock Code section.
