Updates on the 5th and 20th

Indian Summer is in full swing!? The weather has been nearly perfect with sunny, warm days and nippy nights.? This is my favorite time of the year, with the skies clear of humidity and awesome views of the mountains.

Update from the Vice President ? Our VP snuck off to go elk hunting, so I guess I will have to cover for him and try to put together a short substitute article.

We are headed into the colder weather, which means several of the Ranch facilities will be closing for the winter.? The burn pit closed this weekend and the pavilion area has been winterized.? If you have a special need to use the burn pit and the weather is permitting, you may contact the Ranch Manager to try and arrange for him to give you access.? If you haven?t already moved your camper from your lot for the winter, now is the time to get it done.

Website ? I took a short vacation and I was not available to take care of problems or registrations last week, so if you experienced any delays, I apologize. It has been a little over six months since we implemented the new site, and we now have 392 registered viewers.? This is compared to approximately 400 in the five or so years that we had the previous site up.? The new site allows a little better control over the registration process and it is quite a bit easier to administer.? Please be sure, that if you have any problems or questions, don?t hesitate to email me at tewells@hotmail.com and I will try to address them.
