Well the summer season has been in full swing. I am seeing lots of folks enjoying their camper spots, as well as those with vacation homes visiting us. I hope everyone is able to enjoy their time on the Ranch. Those of us who live here year round are certainly enjoying the mild temperatures, as well as a decent rain year.
One thing I would remind everyone, is that we all have different ideas of what constitutes a relaxing weekend. Some spend it fishing, hiking, riding ATVs, or a host of other exciting activities. Others simply want a quiet weekend to read, relax, or just hang out with family and friends. Whatever your cup of tea, please be mindful of your neighbors. We all should be able to enjoy our time. So please be patient and considerate of each other.

I saw my first bear last weekend up on the west end of Campfire. I know there are several that have been making regular visits to the Ranch. Don?t forget that if you are tent camping, food in the tent is probably not such a good idea. For residents, and others in campers or weekend houses, remember to bring in the bird feeders at night, or any time you see a bear nearby.
This weekend is our annual meeting and cookout. We have tried to line up an interesting slate of guest speakers to inform you on the goings on in Park County. I look forward to seeing you all Saturday.
Take care,
Glenn
