Updates on the 5th and 20th

OCTOBER 5th InputAspens on the Ranch

I would like to start this off with a big Thank you, to all the Residents that got out and got some cleaning up done on their property this year and from the looks of the burn pit there has been a lot of work put in. Thank you all!

Burn Pit: We are going to shut down the burn pit as soon as it is pushed in and that means no more access for the year. It will be closed for the year October 31st unless weather closes it sooner.

Reservoir: The gates will be locked as well by October 10th as well. The Walk in gate will remain open until it is iced over. Please remember that Ice Fishing is not allowed.

Park Site “C” Dog park will be closed when the snow is here.

Pavilion: Closed for the winter and this includes the Restrooms as well. All the water has been shut down but the RV Dump Station will remain open un till it snows.

Pastures: I still have room on the pastures for 5 horses, if you would like to lease for 6 months. Please remember that you have to feed and care for your own animals. This includes Cleaning of the Stalls.BuffaloCreekRes

RV Storage: As you can see we are filling it up rapidly. We still have a lot of campers still on vacant lots.

RV’s: If you still have an RV on a vacant lot please know that I will going around to take inventory of how many are still there and this information will be passed on to the Board of Directors for assignment to the Rules Enforcement Committee.

Winterizing your Cabins and RVs is a pretty big task and if you have that experience and would like to make some extra cash please let me know I have quite a few folks asking me who on the Ranch does this and I currently do not know of anybody.
